Mahogany Backgammon (without tracks)

Mahogany is a majestic, beautiful tree that symbolizes strength.  The adult tree has a beautiful straight trunk with an umbrella shaped crown and can be hundreds of years old.  The handcrafted Mahogany Backgammon with side racks for the checkers is available in 2 sizes.  The playing field is a combination of mahogany with oak & black color points. 

This backgammon is handmade using the art of marquetry (also spelled as marqueterie) which is the art and craft of applying pieces of veneer to a structure to form decorative patterns and designs.
Our skillful staff use this method in order to create the interior design of the backgammon.
